Pan-Pride Pastel Witchy Slowpoke - Pokemon (Fanart)

My friend requested a cute tattoo of Slowpoke in a witch hat for a tattoo design~ this i hope to eventually tattoo on them. But right now it's just a cute design!
They wanted the Pan Flag colors, so i incorporated it on the cauldron.

I think i drew this during my lunch at my previous job because i can't find the original for the life of me ;3;
